We are hiring  a  Working Student AI in Controlling & Finance area (m/w/d) for our office in Duisburg 

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Intern (m/f/d) to support our Technology Controlling / Finance team in exploring how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can be applied to controlling and finance processes. The intern will research AI use cases, experiment with tools, and help propose practical solutions that improve efficiency, reporting, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Research AI applications in controlling and finance (reporting, forecasting, automation, analytics)
• Identify and document relevant AI use cases
• Explore tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Excel, Power BI, Power Automate
• Support proof-of-concept solutions and automation ideas
• Prepare presentations, insights, and demos
• Collaborate with controllers to translate business needs into AI solutions

Your Profile

• Student in Business Informatics, Finance, Controlling, Data Analytics, or related field
• Strong interest in AI, digitalization, and finance
• Analytical and structured thinking
• Basic knowledge of Excel; Power BI or AI tools is a plus
• Curious, proactive, and independent working style
• Good English skills (German is a plus)
