We are hiring a Studentische Aushilfe , Working Student ( m/w/d) for our office in Duisburg
Key Responsibilities
- Review and classify intercompany agreements stored
- Upload contracts into dedicated contract management module
- Enter and maintain basic metadata (e.g., entity, counterparty, agreement type, effective date)
- Support identification of duplicate or overlapping agreements
- Perform basic data quality and completeness checks
- Work closely with the Tax / Transfer Pricing team and provide ad-hoc support
Profile
- Enrolled university student (preferably in economics, business administration, law, or a related field)
- Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with documents
- Good knowledge of Excel / MS Office tools
- Ability to read and understand English legal/business documents
