Senior Rewards Partner
The Senior Rewards Partner plays a key role in shaping and implementing compensation and workforce planning strategies across the organization. This role acts as a strategic advisor to HR, Talent, and business leaders, ensuring reward practices are fair, competitive, and aligned with both business goals and market. The position supports global and cluster initiatives with a dedicated focus on clusters DACH & Central Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver compensation benchmarking, job evaluations, and salary structure reviews using global survey data.
- Coordinate annual compensation cycles including system readiness, budgeting, data validation, and outcome reporting.
- Support local and global compliance topics such as pay equity analysis, minimum wage tracking, and audit readiness.
- Act as a liaison between Total Rewards, HRIS, and People Operations to ensure smooth process execution.
- Prepare guidance materials and communication decks for HR and business stakeholders during compensation planning cycles.
- Provide ongoing support for grading requests, new role assessments, and internal mobility reviews.
Requirements
Experience:
- Proven experience in rewards or HR operations, with a focus on compensation within a global organizational context.
- Strong track record in managing job architecture frameworks, implementing pay equity practices, and overseeing external compensation audits.
- Familiarity with working alongside works councils and other external regulatory bodies influencing compensation structures and policies.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of rewards and compensation principles, processes, and systems.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and advanced Excel skills.
- Expertise in handling data management, reporting, and analytics for rewards-related activities.
- Experience with Mercer and Towers Watson compensation structures is a must.
Soft Skills:
