SAP Solution Owner P2P (Global SC Technology Team)
Responsibilities

Develops and executes solution/product strategies for all P2P processes in collaboration with senior leadership

Defines and maintains the solution capability roadmap in partnership with Finance and Distribution leaders

Aligns ERP strategies with other solution owners to ensure integration and efficiency

Manages the full solution/product lifecycle, from strategy to retirement

Leads product management, project execution, release management, and production transitions

Optimizes demand and backlog management while proactively planning resources

Ensures seamless adoption of solutions at market levels and enhances user experience

Supports Data & Analytics teams in delivering effective BI solutions

Operationalizes innovative P2P solutions post-incubation and prototyping
-
Defines and monitors solution metrics, driving continuous improvements

Establishes and governs solution/application architecture, ensuring standardization

Maintains compliance with security policies and IT controls while optimizing infrastructure costs

Oversees financial management of the solution, including budgeting and forecasting
-
Develops and manages talent within the team, fostering leadership growth

Manages executive stakeholder relationships, ensuring strategic alignment and collaboration
Desired Skills & Experience
-
Educated to undergraduate degree level
-
10+ years of experience in IT Product & Service Development, including product management and technology leadership
-
5+ years of experience leading organizational and technology change within IT solution/product delivery
-
Strong expertise in defining and executing technology roadmaps for P2P solutions
-
Proven experience in managing and developing talent across global and multicultural environments

Expertise in Waterfall, Agile, DevOps, and DevSecOps methodologies
-
Experience with industry-standard ERP solutions (SAP), OpenText/VIM, and EDI
-
Ability to drive market- and customer-focused innovation within IT product strategies

Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and break down organizational barriers

Financial acumen, including managing product financials, forecasting costs, and implementing cost-control strategies

Strong communication skills with executive and senior stakeholders

Ability to thrive in changing environments and manage ambiguity effectively

Demonstrated success in cross-functional teamwork with strategic partners and supply chain leaders
