Material Planning and Procurement Specialist
Responsibilities
- Manage the flow of goods to ensure optimal stock levels and operational efficiency.
- Own inventory management activities, including BBD control, inbound transportation, load building, transport capacity, and inbound balancing.
- Generate, verify, and analyze forecasts to support business requirements.
- Manage purchase orders and ensure timely product replenishment.
- Collaborate closely with Promotions and Distribution Centre teams to support supply planning activities.
- Act as the key contact point for internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners regarding planning figures and forecasts.
- Handle inbound claims and resolve supply-related issues in a timely manner.
- Proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities, implementing solutions to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Supply Planning, Logistics, or a related field.
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level).
- Native Polish language
- Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience working with ERP systems.
- University degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Continuous improvement mindset, resilience, and ability to work under pressure.
