Lead Our Supply Chain Operations and Drive Business Performance

Are you an experienced operations leader with a passion for logistics, people leadership, and continuous improvement? Do you thrive in fast-paced, customer-focused environments where safety, service, and operational excellence go hand in hand?

We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead and develop our end-to-end supply chain operations across Denmark.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a key role in translating business strategy into operational execution while ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective service delivery.

About the Role

As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of our warehousing, transport, distribution, facilities, and customer service operations. You will lead a team of operational managers, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure that our operations consistently deliver outstanding customer service while meeting financial, safety, quality, and compliance objectives.

This is a highly visible leadership role requiring strong collaboration across customers, suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

You will be responsible for both distribution centers in Denmark, with a base in Vejle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and ensure reliable, efficient, and customer-focused service delivery.
• Develop and execute the Operations strategy aligned with local, regional, and global priorities.
• Own operational budgets, resource planning, performance management, and business results.
• Drive operational excellence through KPI management across safety, quality, productivity, service, efficiency, and cost.
• Lead continuous improvement, innovation, sustainability initiatives, and process optimization.
• Develop, coach, and engage operational leaders and teams while building organisational capability.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, food safety requirements, legislation, customer agreements, and company policies.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
• Support business growth through the integration of new customers, technologies, services, and operational solutions.
• Oversee contingency planning and ensure facilities, equipment, and infrastructure remain fit for purpose.

What You Bring

You bring a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field, or you have built equivalent expertise through extensive professional experience. You have a proven track record of leading logistics, warehousing, transport, distribution, or other complex operational environments and are comfortable managing large-scale operations with multiple stakeholders.

You have successfully managed budgets, operational performance, and continuous improvement initiatives, delivering measurable business results while balancing service, quality, and cost objectives. Your leadership experience includes developing and motivating multidisciplinary teams, creating a culture of accountability and engagement.

In addition, you possess a strong understanding of quality, safety, regulatory compliance, and customer service requirements. You communicate confidently in English and Danish.
