HR Manager/People Partner for HAVI DK 

Are you an experienced hands-on HR professional who enjoys working both strategically and operationally in a dynamic, international environment? HAVI Denmark is looking for an HR Manager to help shape the workplace of tomorrow – based in Vejle, with a passion for talent and leadership development, building a culture of performance, and growth.

About the Role

As HR Manager at HAVI Denmark, you will take on a broad and independent role, working closely with both managers and employees across the organization. You will drive and execute key HR processes while supporting the business's day-to-day operations and long-term people strategy.

A key part of the role is acting as the local HR lead for SuccessFactors HRIS, ensuring effective use, continuous improvement, and ongoing support of the system for managers and employees. You will help drive data quality, reporting, process efficiency, and user adoption across core HR processes. In addition, you will contribute to both local and international HR projects and serve as a trusted sparring partner to the management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise and coach managers on HR topics including policies, employment law, people management, and organizational development.
• Own and continuously improve core People processes, including performance management, talent management, employee engagement, succession planning, and feedback cycles.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on employment terms, internal policies, and HR-related matters.
• Act as the local super user and HR owner of SuccessFactors HRIS, providing guidance and support to managers while ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data.
• Drive user adoption and continuous improvement of SuccessFactors, identifying opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve the manager and employee experience.
• Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to support business and people decisions.
• Facilitate talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
• Manage absence administration and related reporting.
• Collaborate with international HR colleagues on global HR initiatives, best practices, and system enhancements.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, or a related field and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a broad HRBP or HR Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of Danish employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience working with an HRIS, preferably SAP SuccessFactors, and a strong understanding of HR processes, data management, reporting, and process optimization.
• Excellent communication skills in Danish and English, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable balancing operational HR responsibilities with strategic initiatives and project work.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and confident working independently.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and able to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Confident using Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
• Willing to work regularly from our DC in Ishøj, near Copenhagen
