Ongoing tracking and analysis of legal acts: Assessing the company's compliance with legal requirements, HAVI standards, and customer requirements in the field of environmental protection.
Obtaining and updating decisions/permits: Verifying and supervising the company's compliance with decisions and permits from government bodies and local authorities.
Keeping documentation: Maintaining documentation in the field of environmental protection and sustainable development, calculating and paying fees, reporting.
Waste management: Establishing waste management principles, keeping waste records, and reporting in accordance with legal and internal requirements.
Monitoring environmental aspects: Initiating corrective actions in case of exceeding permissible limits.
Developing instructions and procedures: Creating environmental management instructions and procedures, organizing and conducting training in environmental protection and sustainable development.
Supervising employees: Supervising the work of Warehouse and Administrative Employees in waste collection and record-keeping.
Cooperation in projects: Participating in the implementation of sustainable development projects within the company (EUDR, CSRD).
Environmental reporting: Preparing environmental reports in compliance with applicable legal requirements ((BDO, KOBIZE, CRO, Marshal's Office, Product Fee).
Representing the company: Submitting documents regarding the use of the environment to the appropriate authorities.
