We are hiring a Specjalista ds. Raportowania for our office in Warsaw

Location: Warsaw

Your Responsibilities

Preparing reports for the client and for internal HAVI purposes
Environmental reporting (EUDR, SUP, Green Dot, etc.)
Handling exports outside the EU
Managing the sample ordering process
Managing disposal requests and releases to Food Banks
Managing the product database
Supporting the process of implementing and updating product prices

Our Requirements

Experience working with ERP systems
Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel and Power BI)
English proficiency in speaking and writing (min. B1/B2)
Analytical thinking and data analysis skills
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work under time pressure
Experience in inventory planning and procurement in the FMCG sector is an advantage
