Operative Buyer

Summary:

Trusted partner to the prucrement team, suppliers, customers and all other stakeholders in the organisation.
Works self-driven and independent according to the defined startegies of the Procurement Manager
Ensures appropriate stock level bearing in mind customer needs and requeriments also inhouse operational stability.

Position Scope & Responsibilities:

Stock management
Master data management
Handling invoice discrepancies
Handling supplier claims
Support and contact with other departments and stakeholders within the company and customers
Promotion management

Qualification, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Higher education
Intermediate level of English, spoken and written
Confident use of Excel
Customer-oriented attitude,
Precision, agility in performing various tasks

Advantages:

Experience in the food industry/FMCG
Knowledge of SAP and MS Power BI
Openness to learn new processes and develop innovative solutions
