CONTRACT'S EXPERT

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

• Ensure that all processes and procedures within the Company are in compliances with legal regulations
• Verify company’s contracts considering both Ukrainian legislation and Global company’s requirements 
• Ensure that the Company avoid legal risks 
• Coordinate work with external providers on legal matters
• Support tender process within company 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the observance of laws with respects to commercial agreements 
• Check, verify and make amendments to commercial agreements; prepare drafts agreements 
• Ensure that the legal documents and other contractual documents are effectively drafted, reviewed, interpreted, and vetted.
• Manage relations with external legal advisors. Close collaboration on legal matters with external providers. 
• Contributes in negotiation contracts with new customers
• Work with other team members on projects such as policies and procedures, taxes, etc.
• Monitor changes in legal environment relevant to the Company’s business
• Supervise, research and analyze implication of case law, legislation, and regulatory matters that affect the company and reporting them back to the General Director
• Supervise company’s tender procedure in line with local and global policies

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master Degree in Law
• 2+ years' experience as a lawyer (legal expert) in international company (2+ in similar position)
• Intermediate or Upper-Intermediate level of English  
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• High level of integrity. Ability to work in an organized and detailed manner
• Ability and willingness to learn
