Senior Specialist Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding


The purpose of Talent Acquisition Specialist role is to deliver attraction & selection process for open positions in the dedicated process area, and smooth the process of hiring and onboarding of selected candidates.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Collaborates with hiring managers to determine hiring needs
  • Posts available positions on career sites and performs direct search
  • Administer local career landing pages
  • Conducts phone screens and coordinates structured interviews with shortlisted candidates
  • Delivers Employer Branding activities and participates in events and engagements (such as career days, job fairs, internal branding activities).
  • Oversees the University Ambassadors Group
  • Provides advice on ways to improve talent acquisition process
  • Develops and maintains relationships with candidates in the industry for the purpose of future recruitment needs and maintains candidates’ database in ATS system up to date
  • Manages administration of induction program to new joiners
  • Cooperates with recruitment agencies, local media, etc.
  • Supports HR Manager with the implementation of employee engagement initiatives, including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and CSR activities
  • Supports HR team members in various HR related initiatives and tasks related to Hire to Retire processes

 

Desired Skills & Experience

 

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in managing talent acquisition processes as Independent recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • Experience in usage of SAP Success Factor
  • Former exposure to Finance and/or Supply Chain functions is a strong asset
  • University degree in HR or Psychology or equivalent work experience
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in English (min. C1 level)
  • Strong knowledge of legal frameworks impacting Talent Acquisition
  • Collaborates effectively and independently in a multi-cultural, diverse team
  • Builds and maintains excellent relations at work
  • Provides workable solutions to challenges
