Coordinates creation and continues to improve the 24-month S&OP forecast for BMI and AI for selected markets.

Participates in regular meetings with HAVI Market Forecast teams to align on future forecast assumptions and gains insights into the latest market strategies

Explains model outputs to the Market Forecast Team and participates in scenario and risk discussions

Helps collect user feedback and communicates technical requirements to the development team/Senior Central Planner

Executes Quality Control of the generated forecast and owns Forecast Accuracy results for respective markets

Initiates checks on suspicious forecast results and significant changes of the forecast compared to the one sent in the previous period

Collects and integrates relevant explanatory data for the forecast: marketing activities, digital campaigns, not covered by the central S&OP tool

Collaborates cross-functionally on service improvement and other relevant projects
- Identifies sales and forecast data anomalies in third-party applications and seeks to rectify these

Contributes to the training of newly onboarded Market teams and new project members in Market Supply Plan and S&OP

Collects requirements for data and business process changes and communicates them to the Central Planning Lead and the Analytics & Insights team

Actively looks for opportunities for process and efficiency improvements.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Proven experience (3 years) in S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Chain management, Consultancy or related roles, preferably in hospitality/restaurant industry
- Excellent communication and consultancy skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders and build relationships
- Analytical skills to understand and interpret outputs and effectively communicate with end users
- Understanding of S&OP processes, methodologies, and best practices is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of business KPIs
- Comfortable using planning and BI software tools and systems (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Excellent MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) skills
- Taking ownership of own deliverables, outstanding organisational skills and being able to work independently and as part of the team
- Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
