Junior Finance Specialist, Accounts Receivable

Responsibilities 

• Responsible for end-to-end Accounts Receivable process: customer master data, billing, collections, reporting; 

• Ensures the correctness of customer master data; 

• Ensures the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of billing; 

• Manages AR open items & monitors the debt status; 

• Prepares various reports (e.g., aged receivables, open items, customer specific reporting); 

• Participates in month-end closing, ensuring that deadlines are met; 

• Works side by side with local business; 

• Acts as the first point of contact to customers in connection with invoicing; 

• Collaborates with other teams on continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on delivering efficiency, transparency, and standardization; 

• Responsible for proper process documentation. 

Requirements

• Fluent level of English; 

• Experience in Accounting; 

• Experience in working within SAP environment will be a strong plus; 

• A university degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics would be an asset; 

• Team-player with customer focus and strong communication skills; 

• Continuous improvement mindset.
