We are hiring  a  Health & Safety Specialist for our office in Warsaw 

We are looking for a person to join our team as a Health and Safety Inspector. If you have experience in occupational health and safety, enjoy working with people, and want to make a real impact on improving working conditions — this role is for you!

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out OHS tasks in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Planning and organizing tests and measurements of workplace environmental factors, including maintaining all required documentation.
  • Monitoring compliance with safety rules and procedures across the facility.
  • Determining the circumstances and causes of workplace accidents and maintaining post-accident documentation.
  • Developing instructions, procedures, and materials related to occupational safety.
  • Conducting OHS induction training for employees (once a week).
  • Performing regular OHS and fire safety audits and inspections, preparing reports, and recommending improvements.
  • Preparing and updating occupational risk assessments.
  • Overseeing system documentation in compliance with ISO 45001 requirements.
  • Actively promoting a safety culture within the organization by initiating activities and awareness campaigns.

 

Requirements

  • Higher education in a relevant field or completed postgraduate studies in Occupational Health and Safety.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in OHS.
  • Very good knowledge of OHS regulations and labor law.
  • Category B driving license and willingness to travel occasionally (once a month).
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to conduct training sessions.
  • Strong communication skills, openness, independence, and good organizational skills.
  • Ability to create presentations and communication materials.

 

Nice to Have

  • Fire safety qualifications (Fire Protection Inspector).
  • Experience in a production or warehouse environment.
  • Certificates related to hazardous substances (e.g., REACH, ADR – basic).
  • Communicative level of English.
