Financial Controller

We are hiring  a  Financial Controller for our office in Warsaw 

Your responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted Controlling Partner for line managers in dedicated business areas: Supply Chain, Customer Service, Warehouse & Transport, and HR.
• Support managers in achieving annual financial targets.
• Ensure financially optimal business solutions within the controlling scope.
• Deliver accurate monthly reporting of Actuals and Forecasts (management accounting).
• Coordinate the annual budgeting process.
• Prepare periodic client reports based on specific requirements.
• Produce cyclical cost reports from SAP.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses, calculations, and business cases for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct data analysis in the Oracle environment (ad hoc tasks).
• Contribute to continuous improvement and optimization of controlling processes.

Our requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance or Controlling.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.Good command of English (B1–B2).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.High problem-solving ability and strong sense of responsibility.
• Stress resilience and ability to work with deadlines.Continuous improvement mindset.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of SAP.
• Knowledge of Hyperion Product.
• Experience in process automation or improvements in controlling.
