Scope of responsibilities:

 

  • Planning and organizing work of the team
  • Responsibility for meeting SLA and KPI targets and ensuring IT service continuity
  • Co-responsibility for technological and architectural standards
  • Managing employees’ time and tasks within projects
  • Responsibility for effective collaboration between IT areas to achieve common goals and deliver IT projects
  • Effective collaboration with the client’s project teams to deliver solutions defined within IT projects
  • Improving process efficiency within support areas
  • Providing expert-level technical support to the team
  • Supporting experts in delivering accurate, scalable, and reliable solutions
  • Active participation in initiatives aimed at improving the quality and level of IT services
  • Supporting internal and external audits

 

Requirements:

 

  • Proven experience in managing technical teams (minimum 10 people)
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing an expert-level team
  • Experience in team planning using Agile methodology in an Atlassian environment
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Expert knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Cloud, container platforms, Infrastructure as Code
  • Practical knowledge of GitLab and GitOps, Confluence, JIRA ITSM
  • Practical knowledge of DevOps
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Grafana
  • Fluency in Polish and English, enabling effective work with documentation and international partners
  • Higher education in IT or a technical field is preferred
