Junior Coordinator of Invisible Deliveries

Location: Kielce / Częstochowa

Your responsibilities

Building, training, and supporting a team in providing logistics services — “invisible deliveries.”
Monitoring the quality of services provided and ensuring process continuity.
Coordinating schedules and planning working time using modern technological solutions.
Close cooperation with multiple HAVI departments (including HR and Operations).

Our requirements

Strong communication skills.
Willingness to grow and expand knowledge.
Ability to plan team workflows.
High level of responsibility and engagement in assigned tasks.
Category B driving licence (held for at least one year).

Nice to have

Sanitary and epidemiological clearance.
Basic knowledge of English, Ukrainian, or Russian.
Experience in using a pallet truck.
