Field Service Coordinator - Opole

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Managing a subordinate team within a designated area of 20-30 restaurants
• Creating schedules and planning the work of the team
• Supporting the recruitment process
• Training, performance management, and motivating the team
• Ensuring the team has the necessary resources and tools for work
• Supervising the quality of provided services
• Ensuring workforce availability for goods unloading – stepping in for an absent employee during deliveries
• Preparing periodic reports and summaries
• Close cooperation with the operations and HR departments to ensure effective cross-functional collaboration

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a leadership/shift coordinator role in warehouse operations, preferably in the food industry
• Experience in managing a team, including temporary workers
• Higher education in logistics or a related field
• Communicative level of English; knowledge of Ukrainian is a plus
• Analytical skills for report preparation
• Willingness to develop and expand knowledge
• High level of responsibility and commitment to duties
• Ability to work in a team
• Strong communication skills
• Category B driving license (held for at least one year)
• Valid sanitary-epidemiological booklet
• Experience in operating pallet trucks
