Do you have experience in finance, think in a structured way, and know how to connect numbers with real business? We are looking for a Senior Controller who will not only prepare reports, but also act as a true business partner to management and bring insights “behind the numbers.”

Key Responsibilities

Full responsibility for financial controlling in Slovakia and the Czech Republic
Preparation, interpretation, and presentation of financial reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
Budgeting, forecasting, and detailed variance analysis
Identification of trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize costs and improve efficiency
Active participation in strategic planning and decision-making
Cooperation on internal and external audits
Cash flow management and support of financial stability
Translating financial data into clear and understandable recommendations for management

Requirements

University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

At least 7 years of experience in finance/controlling
(including a minimum of 3 years in a senior role)

Experience in a logistics or automotive environment is an advantage

Advanced level of English

Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle) and BI tools

Ability to see the “big picture” while also working with details

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Independence, proactivity, and ability to take ownership

Excellent communication skills – ability to explain numbers to non-finance colleagues
