The Sr. Manager, Business Management holds a key client facing and account leadership role at HAVI with our customer in Canada. In this position, you will engage across the business in supply chain and transformational projects for your area and serve as primary support for key account functions. This role is the direct reflection of HAVI as a critical relationship holder for customer teams and partners, and key functions include providing multiple levels of communication, guidance, and support to internal and external teams.

 

As the Sr. Manager, you will own the account management and supply chain initiatives for our largest QSR (Quick-Serve Restaurant) customer, ensuring high execution from operational teams, and supporting the development of successful annual account plans. The right individual will deliver success through accountability, leadership, solution-oriented thinking, close internal and partner collaboration, consolidating & communicating key findings, and ensuring the delivery of business outcomes.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Project / Initiative Leadership
  • Lead key supply chain projects and provide critical support of account management activities
  • Operate autonomously in external and internal projects and initiatives where demonstration of leadership and development of solutions are required
  • Represent HAVI as part of cross organizational teams working on supply chain initiatives
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to prioritize projects and requirements
  • Account Planning / Business Development
  • Lead annual account plans that coincide with business unit strategic planning
  • Lead identification and development of new business ideas, service improvement and commercial proposals
  • Organize business assessments, synthesis of information, and generation of insights
  • Manage quarterly internal and external performance updates related to initiatives and KPIs
  • Stakeholder Relationships
  • Engage in regular customer engagement and interaction including assisting in identifying, mapping, and marking of key stakeholders
  • Conduct feedback gathering from customers and partners to drive continuous improvement in service delivery
  • Provide insights to regular customer relationship health assessments
  • Performance Stewardship
  • Partner with internal teams to provide quarterly updates and calibrate overall team performance against internal and customer expectations
  • Oversee project partners to ensure work is completed according to project and customer requirements
  • Guide discussion and identify next steps through understanding project results and outcomes.
  • Identify, design and implement process improvements with cross-functional teams to execute best practices across the system
  • Communication / Escalation Management
  • Develop, advise and execute communication plans and tools to internal and external stakeholders
  • Properly manage escalations to address urgent situations
  • Serve as key contact for internal and external communications for your area of the business
  • Provide internal assistance and key communication on high priority situations

 

Education, Work Experience & Skills

  • University Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Operations, or a relevant discipline.
  • 5+ years related Supply Chain Management/Operations/Consulting experience
  • Experience leading direct or indirect teams with a proven track record of quality results
  • Experience in a direct client interfacing role.
  • Demonstrated experience in presenting work to internal / external clients
  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles
  • Experience with Inventory/Demand/ERP Applications & Reporting Tools is a plus
  • Demonstrated proficiency in analytics is a plus
  • Consulting/consultative advisory or similar professional services experience is a plus

Starting Salary $125,000 CAD - $135,000 CAD with a 15% targeted bonus
