We are hiring a  Solution Architect - Intelligent Automation, Data & Analytics 

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Solution Architect  - Intelligent Automation, Data & Analytics to join our TechHub!

You will provide end-to-end solution designs that combine Intelligent Automation (RPA/workflow/agentic apps), Data & Analytics (domain data products, semantic/metrics, BI), and AI enablement (gateway, RAG, guardrails) to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will own non-functional requirements (NFRs), security-by-design, and integration patterns across various Supply Chain and GBS domains. Act as the technical linchpin in each domain triad (Domain Product Owner · IA Pod Lead · Solution Architect) and ensure delivery teams and vendors build to standard.

THE SKILLS

To set you up for success in this role, here are some key skills that will help you:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software/Data Engineering, or related field.
• Education (preferred): Master’s in Information Systems/Data/Analytics or MBA with technology focus; certifications such as TOGAF (architecture), Snowflake/Databricks/GCP/AWS/Azure data credentials, dbt (Fundamentals), and security/privacy (e.g., ISO 27001 foundation, cloud security).
• 8+ years in solution/enterprise/data architecture or senior engineering roles, including 3+ years designing data/analytics or IA solutions at scale. Proven delivery in supply-chain or adjacent domains (orders, shipments, lanes, cost-to-serve, OTIF).
• Data/analytics stack (warehouse/lakehouse, ELT/ETL, dbt, semantic layers, BI), MDM concepts, data contracts, lineage/observability.
• Intelligent Automation (RPA/workflow orchestration, event-driven patterns, exception handling, runbooks).
• AI enablement for consumers: LLM gateways, RAG architectures (embeddings, vector stores, chunking, caching), evaluation/guardrails (no custom LLM training).
• Integration patterns (APIs/iPaaS, eventing, streaming), NFRs (performance, resilience, security, cost), zero-trust and data-egress controls.
• Fluency in English.
