We are hiring Procurement Specialist to support the activities of the Procurement department of HAVI Logistics Bulgaria. The position is based in Sofia, Chelopechene.

Responsibilities 

• Process and monitor the purchase orders with the suppliers.
• Manage the stock availability maintaining optimal stock of goods and eliminate out of stock situations
• Maintain accurate Master Data for products
• Communicate with suppliers and clients in case of discrepancies in quality or quantity.
• Track deliveries of goods and resolve delays or issues proactively.
• Collaborate with internal teams and participate in operational meetings.
• Prepare weekly or monthly reports upon request from the direct manager.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of MS Office (esp. MS Excel)

• Experience in logistics industry is an advantage  
• Working knowledge of English is an advantage
• Secondary education

• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, willingness to learn
• Accountability and reliability in task execution
