HAVI Ukraine is Hiring: Senior Operations Planning Specialist 

🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain operational data in 1C8‑PM and ILOS, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Administer and optimize ERP configurations, contributing to continuous process improvement
• Lead strategic inventory management across distribution centers: forecasting, balancing, stock optimization
• Plan and coordinate inter‑warehouse transfers (Stock & Inventory Management)
• Calculate and place P2P purchase orders to suppliers
• Monitor stock levels and product shelf life, proactively preventing write‑offs and overstock
• Manage supplier claims: root cause analysis, documentation, communication, corrective actions
• Participate in cross‑functional OEP projects, supporting process improvement initiatives
• Prepare monthly operational and performance reports (Stock projection, KPIs, POS accuracy, etc.)
• Build analytical dashboards and management reports with actionable recommendations

🎯 Candidate Requirements
• Higher education (Economics, Logistics, Management, or related fields)
• 2+ years of experience in operations planning, procurement, or logistics (senior experience is a plus)
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and end‑to‑end planning processes
• English level — Intermediate or higher
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail; confident working with large datasets
• Proficiency in Excel and analytical tools
• Understanding of project management principles
• Proactive, responsible, collaborative, and results‑oriented team player
