HRBP Assistant Manager
Job Purpose
The HRBP Assistant Manager partners with business leaders and supports the Country HR Lead in delivering effective people strategies, talent initiatives, employee engagement programs, and HR operations to support business objectives in Indonesia. The role ensures compliance with local employment laws while fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnering
- Partner with department managers to support workforce planning and people-related strategies.
- Provide HR guidance and solutions to support business objectives and organizational effectiveness.
- Support the implementation of regional and local HR initiatives.
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities to ensure timely hiring of qualified talent.
- Partner with hiring managers on manpower planning and recruitment needs.
Employee Engagement
- Promote employee engagement and positive workplace culture.
- Lead and support employee activities and engagement programs.
Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations
- Support salary review, promotion, bonus, and benefits administration processes.
- Ensure payroll inputs and statutory contributions are processed accurately and on time.
- Maintain HR records and support HR operational excellence.
Compliance & HR Governance
- Ensure compliance with Indonesia employment laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Support the review and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
HR Reporting & Projects
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and key metrics.
- Participate in HR process and regional projects.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across HR functions.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience.
Strong exposure to recruitment, employee relations, C&B, and HR operations.
Experience in a multinational or regional environment is an advantage.
Skills
Strong understanding of Indonesia Employment Regulations and HR compliance requirements.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
