Demand Planner

We are hiring  a  Demand Planner for our office in Pondok Ungu 

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts (weekly, monthly, and rolling forecasts) across all DCs
• Analyze historical sales data, trends, and seasonal products
• Monitor and improve forecast accuracy (using MAPE)
• Adjust forecasts based on market changes, promotions, and business input
• Work closely with Supply Planning, Ops and customers across all DCs
• Monitor inventory levels, stock aging, and slow-moving items
• Support actions to minimize stockouts and excess inventory
• Support dashboard reporting (e.g., Power BI or similar tools)
• Other ad-hoc assignment as assigned

Requirements:

• 1 – 4 years experience in Inventory Control / Demand Planning
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Enginering, Economic / Accounting / Business Administration or any business-related course
• Good command in using Microsoft, Power BI
• Good command in English and Bahasa Indonesia
