We are hiring  a  Country Operations Head for our office in Pondok Ungu 

Job Purpose:

Lead our nationwide operations network across warehousing, transportation and distribution. This role will be responsible for driving operational performance excellence, customer satisfaction, productivity, cost optimization, and business growth across Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end warehouse and transportation operations across multiple locations.

Drive operational performance, cost efficiency, and service excellence.

Ensure inventory accuracy, compliance to food safety, halal and workplace safety standards and regulations.

Lead continuous improvement and operational transformation initiatives.

Develop high-performing teams and build strong stakeholder partnerships internally and externally with customers and cluster/global expertise network.

Support business expansion and strategic operational projects.

Key contact points on global and cluster operations reporting and initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related field.

10+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, or supply chain operations.

5+ years of experience in Country Operations Management role

Proven leadership experience managing multi-site operations and large teams.

Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and customer focus.

Experience in FMCG, Food Service, Cold Chain, Retail, or 3PL environment is preferred.
