Your next Role:

Join our dynamic team as a Planning & Analytics Intern! If you have a knack for numbers and a passion for forecasting, this role is perfect for you. You’ll be instrumental in managing and optimizing sales trends, ensuring our products are always available, and our forecasts are accurate.

Your main accountabilities will be:

• Craft precise demand forecasts using cutting-edge planning tools.
• Design daily supply plans to guarantee our products are always in stock..
• Keep a keen eye on forecast accuracy and component supply, making continuous improvements.
• Leverage advanced tools to identify areas for enhancement and fine-tune results.
• Collaborate with clients to analyze KPI deviations and manage stock issues.

What you’ll need:

Are you ready to bring your expertise and enthusiasm to our team? Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Educational Background: A degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or Statistics. Your academic foundation will help you understand and analyze complex data.
• Software Skills: Mastery of MS Office applications, especially Excel. Familiarity with Tableau is a plus. Your ability to navigate these tools will be crucial in creating accurate forecasts and reports.
• Supply Chain Passion: you are passionate about Supply Chian, Planning & Forecasting and you want to deep dive into this world!
• Communication Skills: Strong communication, influence, and interpersonal skills. You’ll need to effectively convey your insights and collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Language Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken. This will ensure clear and effective communication within our international team.
• Excellent Communication: You can articulate your ideas clearly and persuasively, making complex data understandable for everyone.
• Interpersonal Skills: Your ability to build relationships  will be vital in driving our planning processes.
• Teamwork: You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with others to achieve common goals.
• Proactivity and Resilience: You are proactive in identifying issues and resilient in overcoming challenges, always looking for ways to improve processes.
• Willingness to Travel: You are open to traveling for client visits, ensuring that our relationships with clients are strong and well-maintained.
