- Preparation of personnel files;
- Verification of personnel files, documents, papers and declarations;
- Updating of personal and professional data;
- Support for payroll activity;
- Preparation and verification of monthly timesheets;
- Verification of files for monthly KPIs and centralisation of bonuses;
- Timely and correct preparation of reports for internal and external audit, as well as those requested by the internal client;
- Legislative support in any salary calculation issue.
- Efficient collaboration with departmental and management teams to ensure a fair administrative climate.
- Collaborate with occupational medicine providers and other relevant institutions (ITM, AJOFM, etc.);
- Maintain relationship with occupational medicine providers to ensure regular medical check-ups and other employee health issues;
- Manage internal communications on HR and occupational medicine issues.
