We are hiring a  PMO Lead 

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a PMO Lead to join our TechHub!

You will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of projects while driving initiatives to enhance portfolio, program, and project governance frameworks. Your primary focus will be enhancing project governance frameworks, overseeing project performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

This role is pivotal in supporting the successful delivery of the project portfolio. To excel in this position, you must demonstrate a keen ability to identify business needs and address them throught horough analysis and continuous improvement strategies, while exercising a high level of autonomy.

THE SKILLS

To set you up for success in this role, here are some key skills that will help you:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• In-depth experience in project management, with a focus on project controlling and
• continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in a Portfolio Management toolset and Business Process Modeling.
• Prince2 or PMP certification preferred.
• Previous experience as a Project Manager is a big plus.
• Fluency in English.
