We are hiring a  Software Engineering Manager 

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Software Engineering Manager to join our TechHub!

You will be accountable for leading the strategy, design, and delivery of end-to-end digital solutions across multiple applications and technologies. In this role, you will drive the evolution of technical architectures, oversees project execution, ensures alignment with business objectives, and leads cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

This is a strategic position that combines deep technical expertise with  team leadership,  and stakeholder collaboration. The Software Engineering Manager is responsible for the full product software development lifecycle, from initial requirement analysis to solution proposal, providing architectural planning, development, deployment, and  maintainability of the platform. This role includes responsibility for resource planning, technical governance, team leadership, and external software development partner management

THE SKILLS

To set you up for success in this role, here are some key skills that will help you:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field (Bachelor's or equivalent required).
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering leadership roles, , or senior IT roles.
• Proven track record in defining and implementing enterprise-grade cloud-based solutions (Microsoft Azure is a plus).
• Understanding of architecture design, standardization of cloud components, and automation frameworks.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects, including external vendors and international teams.
• Skilled in planning and agile development methodologies.
• Experience in team leadership, performance management, and recruiting in software development environments.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical functions.

• Fluent in English.
