We are hiring a  Senior Site Reliability Engineering Engineer 

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineering Engineer to join our TechHUB in Lisbon!

The Senior SRE Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliability, resilience, and observability of enterprise services in production. The role combines deep technical troubleshooting capability with proactive reliability engineering to prevent incidents and continuously improve system stability.

The Senior SRE Engineer monitors SLOs and error budgets, acts as an engineering-level first responder during high-impact incidents and drives systemic improvements to reduce operational toil and recurring failures.

The role operates within a global follow-the-sun engineering model (Portugal and Malaysia) and collaborates closely with Platform Engineering, Application Development, Service Operations, and Security.

THE SKILLS

To set you up for success in this role, here are some key skills that will help you:

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, cloud engineering, or SRE roles
• Experience supporting production systems at scale
• Proven experience in incident analysis and root cause investigation
• Experience improving monitoring and automation frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-regional team model
