We are hiring a  Senior Business Analyst HR 

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Solution Analyst HR to join our TechHub!

You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining HR technology solutions that support HAVI’s strategic goals.

You will collaborate with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to deliver scalable, integrated, and user-centric HR systems. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into functional specifications, supporting system upgrades, and ensuring seamless integration with the central HCM system (SAP SuccessFactors).

THE SKILLS

To set you up for success in this role, here are some key skills that will help you:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in solution analysis or business analysis, with at least 2 years in HR systems.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday).
• Experience in system integration, project management, and working in multicultural, virtual teams.
• Proven experience in a similar role as a Solutions Analyst, Business Analyst, or related IT position.
• Proficiency in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Experience in business process knowledge within one or more of the following Industry Sectors: Logistics, Supply chain management
• Minimum of three years of experience in at least two IT solution development disciplines, including architecture and application design / development.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, systems integration, and project management principles.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
• Excellent analytical and technical skill.
• English fluency.
