We are hiring a Incident, Major Incident & Knowledge Manager (Temporary Position)
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an Incident, Major Incident & Knowledge Manager to join our TechHub!
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of incident resolution, including the oversight of major incidents and ensuring a seamless knowledge management process to improve incident response and organizational learning.
You will play a critical role ensuring the timely resolution of incidents, effective coordination of major incident responses, and the maintenance of a robust knowledge base to prevent recurrence and enhance operational efficiency.
THE SKILLS
To set you up for success in this role, here are some key skills that will help you:
- Proven experience in IT Operations.
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks, particularly ITIL, with a focus on incident, major incident and knowledge management.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in knowledge management principles, practices, and tools
- Proven track record of leading incident management processes at a senior level, including managing major incidents and crisis situations.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in incident management tools and data analysis tools such as ServiceNow & Power BI.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, application management, and service delivery models.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
