We are hiring a  Database Administrator 

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Database Administrator to join our TechHUB in Lisbon!

The Database Administrator (DBA) is responsible for the operational maintenance, monitoring, and support of enterprise database environments to ensure availability, performance, and data integrity.

The DBA executes routine database management tasks including monitoring, patching, backups, access management, and troubleshooting, while adhering to enterprise standards and security policies.

The role supports production stability and collaborates with Senior Database Engineers, Platform Engineering, SRE, and Application Development to maintain reliable and secure database operations.

THE SKILLS

To set you up for success in this role, here are some key skills that will help you:

• 3+ years of experience in database administration or support roles
• Experience supporting production database environments
• Basic understanding of high availability and disaster recovery concepts
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Good analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Willingness to participate in on-call or shift-based support models
