ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Test Automation Specialist to join our TechHUB in Kuala Lumpur!

Test Automation Specialist plays a crucial role in defining, implementing, and managing the test automation strategy within the organization. Will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless integration of test frameworks and processes that align with the company's overall architecture and business goals. The position requires a highly skilled individual capable of addressing complex technical challenges, promoting best practices, and ensuring high-quality solutions across the entire software development lifecycle.

Contribute to defining the organization's Test Automation strategy and take ownership of its implementation across various teams and projects. Define the technological landscape related to testing, including tools, frameworks, and methodologies. Propose and implement test architectures that are suitable for the specific application and organizational context.

THE SKILLS

5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance with a strong focus on test automation.
Proven experience in defining and implementing test automation strategies within large, complex organizations.
Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Browserstack, Katalon, Playright, etc.).
Strong knowledge of DevOps environments, with an understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes.
Prior experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and test management tools like Azure DevOps
