ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Service & Cloud Engineer to join our TechHUB in Kuala Lumpur!

The Cloud Engineer will by extension be responsible for maintaining and building scalable cloud infrastructure using a chosen cloud provider, ensuring data privacy across all cloud platforms, optimize solutions that are cost-effective and developing our cloud platform.

The Cloud Engineer will be required to develop and implement scripts, CI/CD and infrastructure as code in accordance with the governance structures and process as defined by the Cloud Engineering Lead.

The governance processes are subject to change from time-to-time as the service to the client evolves or matures. The Cloud Engineer will therefore be expected to adapt to change as and when the need arises in accordance to the specified responsibilities of this job specification.

THE SKILLS

To set you up for success in this role, here are some key skills that will help you:

At least 3 years of experience in Azure

At least 2 years of working experience with Terraform and Ansible

Experience building CI/CD processes

Broad infrastructure technology knowledge.

Hands-on experience building solutions with at least one of the three major cloud providers.

Certified in Azure, Terraform and other relevant technologies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical and organizational skills
