ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Support Engineer to join our TechHUB in Kuala Lumpur!

The Senior Support Engineer is a key technical leader within Global Products Operations & Support, responsible for providing advanced expertise across critical product areas, guiding support engineers, and driving operational excellence. This role serves as an escalation point for complex technical issues, influences product quality through deep collaboration with engineering teams, and contributes to strategic improvements in support processes and capabilities. 

 

 

 THE SKILLS

To set you up for success in this role, here are some key skills that will help you:

  • 10+ years of experience in technical support, software engineering, or product operations. 

  • Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and cloud-native architectures. 

  • Proficiency with debugging tools, log analysis platforms, monitoring systems, and performance tuning. 

  • Strong scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Python, Bash). 

  • Extensive experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
