ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Finance Partner to join our TechHUB in Kuala Lumpur!

The Senior Finance Partner is responsible for HAVI Technology and Markets for Shared Service Catalogue (SSC) activities, providing financial leadership, challenge, and transparency across global technology investments and shared services.

The role partners closely with Technology leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders, enabling transparent, data‑driven decision‑making through performance reviews, investment case support, and financial governance routines across global technology spend, shared services, and digital transformation initiatives.

The position combines deep controlling expertise with strong business partnering skills and the ability to work independently with senior stakeholders. It leads and coordinates selected finance process improvements (e.g., controlling standards, reporting definitions, and cost allocation / cross‑charge logic) and leverages digital and AI‑enabled solutions to improve financial transparency, forecasting accuracy, and management insight.

THE SKILLS

To set you up for success in this role, here are some key skills that will help you:

• Minimum 6 to 8 years of controlling/finance experience in an international environment, including senior stakeholder business partnering and governance exposure
• Proven experience in cross‑functional collaboration within technology, digital, or transformation‑driven organizations
• Exposure to shared service models, technology cost structures, or digital transformation initiatives
• Experience working with advanced reporting, automation, or AI‑supported finance solutions is advantageous
• Strong expertise in SAP FI and CO; SD knowledge advantageous
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel including Power Query
• Solid understanding of Business Intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI or Qlik
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with an end‑to‑end process mindset
• Ability to understand and apply AI‑enabled analytics and automation concepts within Finance and Controlling
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including facilitation of senior, cross‑functional stakeholder discussions
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence across functions without direct authority
• High degree of autonomy, structured working style, and ability to manage complexity
