ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a SAP MM Functional Analyst to join our TechHUB in Kuala Lumpur!

You will gather and analyze business requirements, configure and test the SAP MM module, resolve user issues, and coordinate with technical teams for system enhancements. ZipRecruiter This role is a critical part of the development, optimization, and support of business processes related to purchasing, replenishment, forecasting, and master data operations.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of SAP MM, experience with purchasing documents, inventory management, and the ability to collaborate with other functional consultants to ensure integration with modules such as FI, CO, and SD.

THE SKILLS

To set you up for success in this role, here are some key skills that will help you:

3–5 years of experience as an SAP MM Functional Analyst/Consultant (or similar role) with hands-on configuration and support responsibilities.

Strong functional knowledge of SAP MM processes within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) value stream and key integration points (FI postings, inventory movements, master data, interfaces).

Experience translating business requirements into functional configuration, functional specifications, and test scenarios.

Proven experience supporting testing cycles (unit/SIT/UAT), defect management, and go-live readiness.

Ability to work effectively with outsourced delivery teams (in-and-out model) and internal stakeholders in a matrix environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to communicate clearly with both technical and business audiences.

Good planning and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in Logistics / Supply Chain environments is a plus.
