SAP Solution Analyst (R2R)
Responsibilities

- Supports senior consultants and stakeholders in gathering and understanding business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
- Assesses existing systems, technologies, and processes to help identify gaps and areas for improvement under guidance.
- Contributes to feasibility studies and supports the recommendation of appropriate solutions. Learns how to estimate cost and time.
- Develops basic solution designs, considering both technical and business aspects. Ensures alignment with organizational goals, standards, and best practices.
- Actively participates in system testing, assists in troubleshooting, and contributes to issue resolution.
- Creates technical documentation, including requirements specifications, user guides, and training materials with supervision.
- Engages with business users, IT teams, and external stakeholders under guidance to gather feedback and address concerns, supporting the successful implementation and adoption of solutions.
- Participates in project execution
- Shows eagerness to stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and SAP best practices. Learns to identify opportunities to enhance systems and streamline processes.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 0-2 years of experience or relevant internships in IT, with a strong interest in solution development, application design, or SAP. Overall at least 5 years of business experience
- A foundational understanding or keen interest in SAP systems (e.g., exposure to or willingness to learn SAP TR, SAP FI, SAP CO).
- Understanding of business processes within one or more of the following Industry Sectors: Logistics, Supply chain management.
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn agile methods and processes; ability to support agile project teams.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and a proactive learning attitude.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn and understand business requirements and contribute to solution proposals.
- Ability to learn quickly, work effectively within a team, and willingness to take direction and ask questions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with developers in an in-and-out outsourced environment.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred (or equivalent practical experience).\
