Central S&OP Planner

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Prepares a market 24-month S&OP plan for BMI and AI for select markets
  • Participates in weekly meetings with HAVI Market Forecast teams to align Market Supply Plan
  • Explains model outputs to Market Forecast Team and participate in scenario and risk discussions
  • Helps collecting user feedback and communicate technical requirements to the development team/Senior Central Planner
  • Executes Quality Control of the generated forecast. Initiate checks on suspicious forecast results and significant changes of the forecast compared to the one sent in the previous period
  • Collects and integrates relevant explanatory data for the forecast : marketing activities, digital campaigns, not covered by the central S&OP tool
  • Identifies sales and forecast data anomalies in third-party applications and seeks to rectify these
  • Contributes to the training of newly onboarded Market teams and new project members in Market Supply Plan and S&OP
  • Collects requirements for data and business process changes and communicate them with Analytics&Insights team

 

Requirements

 

 

  • Qualification Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (3 years) in S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Chain management, Consultancy or related roles, preferably in hospitality/restaurant industry.
  • Excellent communication and consultancy skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders and build relationships.
  • Analytic skills to understand and interpret outputs and effectively communicate with end users
  • Understanding of S&OP processes, methodologies, and best practices is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of business KPIs
  • Comfortable using planning and BI software tools and systems (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Excellent MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) skills
  • Taking ownership of own deliverables, outstanding organizational skills and being able to work independently and as part of the team
  • Proved problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
