Business Analyst Invoice2Cash

 

Responsibilities

 

  • The BA will analyze the business processes, understands the requirements of different org units and designs THE standard process applying to ALL
  • Works with business team to implement the new standard process
  • Drives automation of processes and centralizes the remaing tasks into our Hub
  • Reviews business process with focus on efficiency gains either organizational and/or system based
  • Develops and monitors functional and operation KPI set to identify efficiency opportunities
  • Identifies rout cause of inefficiencies, drafts proposals and implements them
  • Captures and documents business processes and -requirements in O2C Academy
  • Works with external/internal providers to implement changes and manage change requests, when required
  • Works with business teams to deploy systems, provide training and process improvement
  • The BA will work with business and technology leaders to structure and manage projects. This includes planning and tracking task execution, deliverables, issues and communication across business and technology teams
  • Coordinates all aspects of project management from requirements to implementation to testing, via both Waterfall and Agile methodologies - meeting changing needs and requirements along the way
  • Manages individual projects to achieve project goals
  • Defines project scope, resourcing, deliverables, impact and business value
  • Asseses requirements to ensure the delivered solutions are meeting the stated requirements
  • Communicates the status of deliverables, key issues, risks & dependencies

 

Desired Skills & Experience

 

  • Min. 3 years experience related to this job profile, overall 5 years of experience
  • Experience in a (Finance) Shared Services environment is a plus
  • Excellent understanding of OTC- and P2P Business Processes with focus on Finance and related systems
  • Affinity to Finance/P2P/OTC processes in the broader context of Logistics Industry is preferred
  • Fluent English and Polish
  • Team oriented, collaborative approach with ability to take initiative, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet client expectations and deadlines across multiple projects
  • Strong administration and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage different working styles to effectively influence partners
  • Collaborative working style focused on building relationships with partners
  • Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • Ability to see the big picture and the details – Must be able to step back from day-to-day to ensure that overall project goals and direction are well managed
