We are hiring a  Intelligent Automation & AI Product Development Lead 

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Product Development Lead to join our TechHub!

You will be a key member of the Intelligent Automation COE. This role is responsible for shaping, developing, and evolving automation and AI products that deliver measurable business value at scale. His/her core responsibility is to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle — from ideation and design through development, deployment, and continuous improvement — ensuring automation solutions are user-centric, scalable, and aligned with strategic objectives.

The Product Development Lead works closely with business stakeholders, product managers, business analysts, solution architects, and development teams.

THE SKILLS

To set you up for success in this role, here are some key skills that will help you:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Relevant certification in product development/product management is a plus.
• +5 years of experience in product management, digital transformation, or intelligent automation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering successful digital/automation products from ideation to adoption at scale.
• Data leadership roles is an advantage.
• Exposure to Supply Chain domain and respective solutions is an advantage.
• Fluecy in English.
