We are hiring a  IT Service Delivery Manager 

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager to join our TechHub!

You will ensure day to day provisioning of IT services in different regions in accordance with business demands and assurance of the infrastructure services partnership with HAVI vendors within the agreed level of quality and cost.

This is a pivotal role in ensuring that IT services align with business goals and meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs). This role involves coordinating with various teams, vendors, and stakeholders to optimize service quality and performance to enable both business as usual and growth ambitions.

The role holder will need to work with HAVI key stakeholders and technical teams both internal and external, as well as Corporate Shared Services and Business Unit teams to drive and support the infrastructure and end user support experience within an agreed cost and quality framework.

Service delivery manager is accountable for delivery of IT infrastructure and services related work packages of all projects taking place in the Region and therefore drives demand and expectation management from I&O perspective working closely with Regional and Cluster leads both Tech and Business and converts that into resource planning and provisioning throw a close team work within the I&O leadership, key leaders of other Tech sub-functions and key stakeholders of partners.

THE SKILLS

To set you up for success in this role, here are some key skills that will help you:

• 15+ years of experience in IT, either internal or as a service provider
• 5+ years of managing IT service delivery and driving strong service and cost performance improvements.
• 3+ years of working with outsourced infrastructure partnerships.
• 3+ years of project work experience as PM, work package lead or senior supplier.
• Good knowledge of ITIL-based Service Management processes and / or other best practice frameworks.
• In depth operational experience of the latest technologies and methodologies.
• Strong budgetary management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demand and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of IT security and compliance standards.
• Fluency in English.
