We are hiring a  Head of Data Products & Analytics 

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Head of Data Products & Analytics to join our TechHub!

You will own the trust, policy, and usability of enterprise data, ensuring readiness for various types of consumption.

You will be accountable for the data platform roadmap and SLAs (operated by EPAM), data governance, data quality & lineage, Master Data Management (MDM), and data contracts across Supply Chain domains and with customers. You will enable safe and efficient AI and automation by defining compliant, high-quality data access patterns in partnership with Architecture & Integration and AI Platform & Safety.

THE SKILLS

To set you up for success in this role, here are some key skills that will help you:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Formal training in data governance/MDM (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK concepts).
• Demonstrated education/knowledge of privacy & compliance (GDPR/PII, retention).
• 10+ years in data leadership (governance/MDM/data quality) including 3–5 years owning enterprise policies and platform roadmaps
• Demonstrated success establishing Data Governance and MDM (party, vendor, material, customer, location, employee) at scale.
• Strong grasp of data contracts, lineage/observability, and data privacy (GDPR/PII), incl. retention & access controls.
• Hands-on familiarity with modern stacks (e.g., Databricks; Airflow/Dagster; data catalogs; DQ/lineage tools; MDM platforms).
• Experience governing managed service partners (SLAs/SOWs, service review, acceptance) — ideally with a vendor-operated data platform.
• Fluency in English.
