We are hiring a  Data Product Owner 

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Data Product Owner to join our TechHub!

You will own the vision, roadmap, and value for one or more domain data products (e.g., Distribution & Freight, GBS/Control Tower, HR). Deliver certified datasets, a robust semantic/metrics layer, and BI/self-serve analytics that power decisions, Intelligent Automation, and AI (via the enterprise AI gateway/RAG). Operate through the domain triad—Data Product Owner · IA Pod Lead · Solution Architect—to convert business needs into scalable data products with measurable outcomes.

THE SKILLS

To set you up for success in this role, here are some key skills that will help you:

• Bachelor’s in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering/OR, or related.
• Certifications: dbt (Fundamentals / AE), Snowflake/Databricks or Google/AWS Data Engineer, Power BI/Tableau/Looker certs, Scrum Product Owner/SAFe POPM.
• Supply-chain credentials helpful (e.g., APICS/ASCM CPIM/CSCP).
• 6–10+ years in analytics/product roles, including 3+ years owning data/BI products with measurable adoption and business impact.
• Proven delivery of modeled datasets (dbt/SQL), semantic/metrics layers, and high-adoption dashboards/self-serve.
• Comfort with data contracts, data quality/lineage, privacy for sensitive domains (HR/Legal), and partnering to operationalise models (batch/real-time or RAG) with the AI Platform team.
• Supply-chain exposure (orders, shipments, lanes, costs, OTIF) is a strong plus.
• Fluency in English.
