The Senior Product Operations Analyst plays a key role in driving the execution, optimization, and continuous improvement of the product issue operating model. This role is responsible for leading operational coordination, issue analysis, reporting, and cross-functional process execution related to post-launch product performance and incident management.
In addition to operational leadership responsibilities, the Senior Analyst partners closely with Product Management and Product Development teams to support product enhancement initiatives, operational scalability, and new product innovation efforts. The role contributes analytical insights, process improvement recommendations, and operational expertise that help improve product quality, accelerate execution, and support strategic business objectives.
This position is intended for a highly capable and proactive individual who can independently manage complex operational activities, influence cross-functional teams, and contribute to evolving product and technology initiatives, including workflow optimization, automation, and emerging technology enablement opportunities.
This is a hybrid role based at 345 N Morgan St, Chicago, IL 60607. Candidates must reside in the Chicago metropolitan area. Relocation assistance is not offered at this time.
Responsibilities:

Lead intake, triage, tracking, and operational coordination processes for product issues and incidents

Ensure issues are appropriately prioritized, documented, assigned, and progressed through resolution workflows

Drive operational discipline and consistency across issue management processes

Identify process gaps, operational risks, and escalation needs while partnering with stakeholders to improve responsiveness and execution

Own and maintain dashboards, report frameworks, and operational metrics related to product health, incidents, and performance trends

Analyze recurring issues, systemic product gaps, and operational patterns to identify actionable improvement opportunities

Deliver actionable insights that influence decisions across Product and Operations

Monitor SLAs, operational KPIs, and resolution performance while proactively identifying risks and improvement areas

Serve as a key operational partner during product incidents, escalations, and cross-functional response activities

Coordinate communication, dependencies, action tracking, and stakeholder alignment throughout incident resolution processes

Lead or facilitate post-incident review activities, including root cause analysis, documentation, and improvement planning

Ensure accountability and follow-through on corrective and preventative actions

Partner with Product Management and Product Development teams to support product enhancement and new product initiatives

Contribute operational expertise and analytical support across product lifecycle activities, including requirements gathering, workflow design, solution validation, and process integration

Support initiatives involving process optimization, automation, AI-enabled workflows, and emerging technology capabilities

Conduct research, operational analysis, and business process evaluations to identify opportunities that improve scalability, efficiency, and customer outcomes

Assist in translating business and operational needs into actionable product or process improvement recommendations

Recommend and help implement improvements to operational processes, reporting structures, and governance practices

Support the development of operational standards, best practices, and documentation

Provide guidance and operational support to less experienced team members as needed

Foster collaboration across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer-facing teams
Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in product operations, business analysis, product support, supply chain operations, or related functions

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and operational process management skills
-
Experience leading cross-functional coordination efforts in fast-paced operational or product environments

Advanced experience with reporting, dashboards, data analysis, and operational metrics (Excel, SQL, BI tools, etc.)

Ability to independently manage complex workstreams and influence stakeholders across functions

Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management capabilities

Experience supporting product development processes, operational transformation, workflow automation, or technology enablement initiatives preferred

Exposure to AI-enabled solutions, process automation, or scalable operational design concepts is a plus
-
Demonstrated ability to identify improvement opportunities and drive operational execution with limited oversight
*Starting Salary is $95,000-$105,000 with a 5% targeted bonus
