As a Senior Manager, Analytics and Insights you will innovate and institutionalize descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytical models leveraging advanced technologies such as AI and ML to support and enhance our supply chain planning services. Lead a group of skilled analytic resources to design and develop impactful business solutions to our internal and external customers globally. Work with Market, Product, Process, and Technology leadership to ensure alignment with overall strategic and commercial needs.
This role provides the opportunity to influence our thinking on how analytics can enhance supply chain decision making. This person must be able to build a trusted partnership with our clients and provide consultative and advisory services as needed.

This is a hybrid role based at 345 N Morgan St, Chicago, IL 60607. Candidates must reside in the Chicago metropolitan area. Relocation assistance is not offered at this time.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for working with the Senior Director of Global Analytics and Insights to define, design, and implement analytic solutions to support market needs globally
- Develop predictive and prescriptive analytics vision and strategy that aligns with the broader organizational vision and commercial needs
- Drive thought leadership in areas such as AI/Agentic AI/ML/Optimization and other recent advancements in analytics and technology
- Work with end users, internal and external, to ensure the right level of engagement and adoption of analytic solutions
- Manage customer facing and internal analytic products that support supply chain planning, risk management, and business intelligence to enable increased productivity and / or growth
- Participating fully and collaborating with the broader analytics teams in developing customer relevant models and solutions
- Working with Technology and Product Management to ensure that any new product is consistent and aligned with agreed architecture and infrastructure to reduce costs and improve quality
- Support analytics relationship management with customers and supply chain partners
- Support new business development and customer acquisition cycle through analytics
- Creating the appropriate operational capabilities within the Global Planning and Analytics team
- Drive customer satisfaction and value creation
- Train, develop, and mentor other analytics team members
- Strengthen cross functional relationships
- Ensure alignment with revenue and profit goals for Global Planning and Analytics
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in operations research, mathematics, statistics, engineering or closely related field; advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of data analytics, business intelligence and/or insight experience, or relevant fields
- Experience leading a data and analytics team with strong cross-functional influence
- Expert domain knowledge in food service, restaurant operations, demand planning, supply planning, distribution and logistics, risk and resiliency planning, with experience in designing and developing solutions in these areas
- Proven track record of identifying and developing business relevant solutions
- Deep expertise with analytic tools and methodologies (e.g., optimization, simulation, forecasting, Statistical, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Gen AI, Agentic AI, visualization)
- Experience with Python, Databricks, AI and GenAI frameworks and tools, Prompt engineering, Gurobi, Azure or equivalent cloud technologies, data model architectures
- Experience in driving revenue and profit growth through analytics
*Starting Salary is $135,000-$155,000 with a 15% targeted bonus
