The Integrated Business Planning Processes team is responsible for designing, implementing, evolving and governing integrated supply chain planning processes. In addition, the leader in this role will partner with the corresponding delivery management teams to identify talent competency requirements, to deploy delivery frameworks, and to host onboarding sessions and training courses with delivery teams.  The leader in this role will lead peers and subject matter experts in other disciplines to define cross functional process execution and best practices and will communicate the accomplishments, status updates, and key opportunities to internal senior leadership, external senior customer leaders, and external supply chain partners. 

This leader will also conduct regular external Supply Chain management benchmarking exercises, identify, and drive the continuous improvement and evolution of existing operations to mature global planning services. This role will proactively identify business evolution opportunities and share external best practices to strengthen HAVI’s capabilities in a competitive planning environment.

The role will be required to travel to customer sites periodically (approx. 5% travel expected).

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Defines, governs, and drives the GPA (Global Planning & Analytics) integrated planning process development, deployment and evolution for global talent and customers within respective supply chain disciplines (i.e. Foodservice, Healthcare, etc.)
  • Drives external communication and integrated planning models within the respective discipline of collaborative orchestration and supply chain services for external global and market level senior management supply chain partners/customers and HAVI Supply Chain leadership teams (e.g., CPFR and S&OP).
  • Monitors talent performance of global internal planning leads in the delivery and leadership of gold standard collaboration and integrated planning practices.  Provides ongoing feedback on delivery performance to management teams.
  • Supports Sr. Director and Global GPA lead of Integrated Business Planning Processes in identifying resource needs, organization structure, required skillsets, recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of existing and new talent.
  • Leads global implementation and change management of new service models within the Integrated Business Planning disciplines.  Ensure impacted talent have awareness, knowledge and ability to successfully execute designed integrated planning services.
  • Uses external benchmarking and best practices to define continuous improvement opportunities and transformation plans for advanced integrated planning models and aligns innovation roadmap with internal and external senior leadership teams. 
  • Defines performance metric frameworks, monitors results and leverages insights to drive improvement in integrated planning processes in partnership with the respective Delivery Directors.
  • Develops objectives and authors user stores/functional requirements of advanced analytic technologies to drive more effective and efficient integrated planning practices.  Supports product development, analytics and technology teams in developing and implementing technology changes.

 

Qualifications:

  • 5 - 10 years related Supply Chain experience with proficiency in demand, supply and risk planning processes
  • Proven ability to influence, lead and drive forward solutions for external and internal challenges across multiple functional supply chain and customer areas (e.g., Supply Chain, Marketing, & Analytics)
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and drive strategic initiatives aimed at achieving supply chain KPI and P&L targets
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational agility and strong tolerance for ambiguity
  • Demonstrated proficiency in problem solving, collecting and disseminating complex supply chain ecosystems
  • Experience in a direct client interfacing role
  • Demonstrated experience and proficiency in change enablement
  • Demonstrated experience in developing high performing teams
  • CPFR, S&OP and Project Management experience and/or expertise
  • Lean Six Sigma or related process control certification a plus
  • Experience with Inventory/Demand/ERP Applications & Reporting Tools (JDA, JDE, OBIEE, Tableau, PowerBI) with proficiency in SQL a plus.
